Common questions
Yes, the support plan, which comes with every system. It’s month to month and priced for the whole property rather than per device. You own the equipment, the cameras record to a box in your home, and it all keeps working if you cancel the plan.
Yes, and it’s included with every order at no extra charge. If your equipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of the day it was delivered, or was due to arrive, and we’ll replace it.
Yes. Sensors, cameras and access points add to what you already have. Buy the device from us and, on a support plan, it arrives configured and we add it to your system for you. Buy it elsewhere and it’ll still work alongside ours, and we’ll support the system with it in place, but setting it up is yours to do.
Yes, through Home Assistant. The UniFi integration brings the cameras and the sensors in alongside everything else you run, so one dashboard covers everything. Set it up yourself, or ask us for a custom design and we’ll do the whole thing.
Yes. Depending on the distance and what sits between the buildings, we either bury a line or put up a point-to-point link. Send us the details and we’ll come back with a price.
