For builders
Prewire that doesn’t come back to bite you
Rough-in on the date you gave us, marked up from your plan set, at a fixed price per plan. The buyer calls us afterward, not you.
A better house to hand over
Buyers arrive expecting more than the last house did. Built in at plan stage it’s part of the house; added afterward it’s a project the new owner inherits.
In NAHB’s 2024 survey of more than 3,000 recent and prospective home buyers, 76% rated security cameras essential or desirable, 74% a video doorbell and 70% a wireless home security system.
Wi-Fi and structured wiring
Cable to every room that will want it, access points placed against the plan rather than guessed at afterward, and a structured media enclosure somewhere you can still reach.
Home security
Camera and doorbell runs to the openings that need them, and sensor locations on the doors and windows before any of it is closed up.
Luxury and custom homes
Equipment racks, door access control, and cameras chosen to suit the elevation. Bring us in at design and the equipment gets room.
Smart home and audio visual
In-ceiling speakers and whole-home audio, a network cable behind every television, and smart switch locations settled before the electrician is roughing in, while a gang is still free to move.
We work from your drawings
Send the plan set and we mark up every cable, the enclosure location and the access point placement before anybody is on site. You get a fixed price for that plan, and lot 14 costs the same as lot 2.
We hit the schedule
Rough-in happens when you say rough-in. We work to your framing and drywall dates, and if something is going to slip you hear it early rather than the morning of.
One trade instead of four
Network, cameras, speaker runs and the cable behind every television are one scope, one crew and one number.
The buyer calls us, not you
The buyer gets a setup packet, a walk-through, and a year of support from closing. We take those calls, so a weak signal in the back bedroom comes to us instead of your warranty desk.
What goes in

What builders ask
Per plan. Once a plan is marked up, every house built on it is the same number, so your estimating doesn’t change lot by lot.
Send the plan set whenever you have it; markup is better early than fast. For rough-in, a week on the schedule is comfortable, and if framing moves we re-book rather than hold you to a date.
Extras are quoted separately from the plan price. By default we bill the buyer directly, so they don’t touch your contract or your margin. If you’d rather they go through you, we set that up in your terms.
Yes. We carry general liability and will name you as additional insured. Send your requirements with the plan set and certificates come back before anybody is on site.
Installers we coordinate, working to our plan for each house. You deal with one company, one schedule and one number.
Your electrician. They’re line voltage, so they sit in their scope rather than ours. We spec which switch goes where and ship a labeled kit to the site for them to install during finish, then we set the switches up afterward. It adds no trade to your finish schedule.
We test every run at trim, so if something has been cut since rough-in it surfaces then rather than after the buyer moves in. Damage by another trade is theirs, but finding it is ours.
Workmanship for a year from closing, and hardware carries its manufacturer warranty. Every house also comes with a year of support for the buyer from closing, so their calls about the system come to us during your warranty period.
Send us a plan set
We’ll mark it up and come back with a fixed number for that plan. No site visit needed to start.
