Hospitality
Wi-Fi that stays out of the reviews
We place access points for the rooms themselves and keep card terminals on a network guests cannot reach.
Signal inside the room, with the door shut
An access point in the hallway is why the signal fades behind a closed door and a bathroom wall. We place and power access points for the rooms themselves, so a guest streaming in bed gets the connection they had in the lobby.
Card terminals on their own network
Point of sale, the back office and guest devices each run on a separate network, and a phone on the guest Wi-Fi cannot see your terminals. A second internet line or a 5G backup takes over automatically when the main line drops, so the terminals keep taking cards.
Sized for a full house
We size the network for the night every room is booked and every guest is streaming. Guest bandwidth is limited per device, so one large download can’t slow the rest of the floor.
Cameras on the lot and the entrances
Cameras cover the parking lot, the entrances and the lobby, and record on site with no cloud subscription. When a guest reports a damaged car or a missing package, AI search finds the moment in seconds.
The front desk line on any phone
A call to the front desk can ring the desk, the office and a manager’s cell phone through the UniFi Talk app, in the order you choose.
Back-of-house doors on a card
Staff open the back door, the storerooms and the equipment room with a card or their phone, and each person reaches only the doors their job needs. When someone leaves, their access is turned off.

What a typical build looks like
A starting point, not a quote. We’ll fit it to your building at the site visit.

- Per-device bandwidth limits on the guest network
- A 5G backup that takes over automatically
- Cameras on the entrances, the lobby and the parking lot
- Card or phone entry on staff doors and storerooms
- UniFi Talk phones for the front desk and housekeeping
Magnetics ID
Before anyone from Magnetics is let into a guest room or the equipment room, the front desk can check the employee’s numbered photo ID at magnetics.pro/verify.

The construction decides it more than the room count. Concrete and masonry walls usually call for an access point in every room or every other room, and wood framing can often cover more rooms from each one. We walk the building and place every access point on the floor plan before we quote.
Yes. Each room is covered by an access point placed for it, so a guest in bed gets the connection they had in the lobby.
Yes. Point of sale runs on its own network, and devices on the guest network cannot see it. Guest devices are also kept from seeing each other.
Yes. The guest network can open a page with your logo and terms before a guest connects. A plain password works too, with one less step for the guest.
Yes. The guest Wi-Fi can ask for a voucher code, and each code expires after a length of time you choose.
Guest bandwidth can be throttled per device, so one guest’s downloads can’t slow the floor, and staff and payments keep their own share of the line.
A 5G backup takes over automatically, and the front desk, the phones and the card terminals keep working. Guest Wi-Fi can run on it too, at a lower speed.
We install UniFi Talk phones for the front desk, the office and housekeeping, and port your existing numbers. Guest-room phones tied to a property management system are a different kind of system, and we will tell you at the site visit if your property needs one.
