Monitoring, updates and support after the install
Here long after the install
We look after the networks, cameras, door access and phones we install for as long as they’re in your building: we’re alerted when equipment drops offline, keep the firmware current and fix 95% of issues remotely.
- 95% of issues fixed remotely
- First response under 1 hour
- 99.9% uptime across 11 sites
- Alerts when equipment drops
Network health monitoring
When a gateway, switch, access point, camera or door device goes offline, we get the alert. The console shows us whether the fault is in your equipment or with your internet provider, and we tell you which.
User onboarding and offboarding
When someone joins or leaves, we add or remove them across the door access, the phones, the Wi-Fi and the account they sign in with. A new hire has a fob and an extension on day one, and someone who leaves loses access the same day.
A person responds within the hour
First response comes in under an hour, during the support hours set in your agreement, and most fixes happen remotely from the console we built the system on. When a problem needs hands on the equipment, we come out: when a Dawsonville office lost its internet in the middle of a number transfer, we were on site within two hours with a 5G backup.
Updates without the downtime
We roll out firmware and security updates across the gateway, switches, access points, cameras, door hardware and phones at times that keep downtime to a minimum. Afterward we watch each device, and if an update causes trouble we put the previous firmware back.
Your domain, website and email
Add them to your plan when you want them. We manage your domain names and DNS records so a renewal never lapses, and host your website and your business email so neither goes dark when something changes.
Answers from the people who built it
When you have a question about your system, like how to find a clip of footage or change a door schedule, call us and we’ll walk you through it. When the business grows or moves, we plan the next step with you.

Common questions
It looks after your systems after they’re installed. For us that means the networks, cameras, door access and phones we supply: we watch for equipment going offline, apply updates, fix problems remotely and come out when a fix needs a visit.
Yes, for every business system we install. We do not take one-off commercial installs, because a system nobody is looking after is the one that fails on a busy day with no one who knows how it was built.
We look after the systems we install. If your current setup needs replacing, we can install a new system and look after it from then on. We do not manage systems we did not supply: without knowing how a system was built, every fix starts with guesswork.
Support hours are set in your agreement, and first response comes in under an hour within them. If you have a backup internet connection, the gateway fails over to it automatically at any hour, without waiting for us.
The support plan covers the health of your equipment. Door and sensor alerts go to the people you choose, and responding to them is up to you. While we do not offer alarm monitoring, Ubiquiti has announced its own, powered by Noonlight, for UniFi Protect 7.4.
Yes. The hardware is yours outright. If the plan ever ends, the system keeps running as it was configured.
