Common questions
No. A single shop often fits the Small Business Package, with Wi-Fi, a desk phone, cameras and backup internet installed at a fixed price. A larger space is quoted after a site visit.
With a 5G backup, the network switches to cellular automatically and the terminals keep working. Without one, most cloud systems either stop or hold transactions offline, depending on your processor. The backup runs on a cellular data plan, which is billed separately.
Yes. We put them on a network of their own with the 5G backup, so they keep taking cards. Stripe’s readers connect to the point-of-sale software you use, since Stripe has no register app of its own.
Yes. We port your numbers, and the old service stays live until the transfer completes.
Yes. The cameras record to a recorder in the shop, on battery backup, so a break-in is on the footage even if the internet line or the power was cut first.
