Common questions
Yes. We port your number to the desk phone, and the old line stays live until the transfer completes, so calls keep coming in during the move.
Yes. The gateway connects to the modem or fiber box your provider already installed, and the 5G backup covers the times that line drops.
The cable runs for the access point, the phone and the cameras, the equipment mounted, set up and tested, and your staff shown how it works.
You do. The equipment is bought outright with the package.
Call us. The support plan covers it: we fix most problems remotely, and a technician comes out when one needs hands on the equipment. If a device fails under warranty, we handle the claim with Ubiquiti.
The cameras record what they detect, such as people and vehicles, to a drive in the gateway, which keeps weeks of it. Recording around the clock fills it far sooner.
The Business Support Plan runs on a 12-month term. Ending it before the term is up leaves the rest of the term due.
