Offices and Clinics
An office network somebody looks after
We install the phones, Wi-Fi and door access, then fix most problems remotely, often before anyone notices.

Wi-Fi in every exam room and office
An X-ray room is lined with lead, and a conference room at the end of the hall is often where the signal gives out. We place access points from your floor plan so every exam room, office and meeting room has full signal, not just the front desk.
A lower phone bill, with your numbers kept
A four-person office in Dawsonville moved off copper phone lines onto UniFi Talk and cut its monthly phone bill by 70%. Talk keeps your numbers, rings whoever is free and sends voicemail to email.
Shared files kept in the office
A network storage unit holds the files everybody works from, and it stays reachable when the internet line is down. The hardware is yours, so there’s no charge per user for it.
Patient and staff systems kept apart
In a clinic, the clinical systems, the front desk computers and the waiting-room Wi-Fi each run on a separate network. A patient’s phone on the guest network reaches the internet and nothing else.
Online when the line drops
A 5G backup takes over automatically when the main connection fails, and the phones keep ringing through it. When the main line comes back, the network hands back to it on its own.
Doors on your office schedule
Staff open the suite door with a card or their phone, and it locks and unlocks on your schedule. The cleaners’ access works on their nights only, and when someone leaves, their access is turned off from the console with no keys to collect.

Common questions
No. A single office often fits the Small Business Package, with Wi-Fi, a desk phone, cameras and backup internet installed at a fixed price. A larger office is quoted after a site visit.
Yes. Clinical systems, staff computers and patient Wi-Fi go on separate networks, cameras record on site, and we document how everything is set up. We do not certify HIPAA compliance. That assessment belongs to your compliance officer, and we will give them the documentation they ask for.
Yes. Each location keeps its own equipment and internet, and all of them are managed from a single console, with one set of logins and rules for staff.
Yes. The UniFi Talk app turns a cell phone into an extension, so a call to the office rings there too, and a call made from it shows the office number.
Tell us, and we set up a new hire’s door access, phone extension and sign-in accounts before their first day. When someone leaves, we turn all of it off.
Yes. Every time the suite door opens, the system logs whose card or phone opened it and when, and the entrance camera shows who walked in.
Yes. Where a suite has no room for a rack, we mount the equipment on the wall, on battery backup. The hardware is yours, so it moves with you to the next office.
Yes. We port your existing numbers, and the old service stays live until the transfer completes, so calls keep coming in during the move.
