Software, integrations and custom projects
Software and systems built around your business
When the software you can buy doesn’t fit, we build what does, and connect it to the network, phones, cameras and doors we install.
- Nearly 20 years writing software
- Integrations with the systems you have
- Multi-building sites and campuses
- 131 jobs completed
Software that fits how you work
We build software around the way your business already runs, and look after it under the same support plan as the rest of your system, so it keeps working when the tools around it change.
Systems that talk to each other
We connect the tools you already pay for, so a booking, a sale or a new hire moves through them without anyone typing it twice. On the building side, a UniFi Access retrofit hub keeps the readers an old door system already has, and the fire alarm releases the doors when it goes off.
Multiple locations, one network
Each site keeps its own network, and all of them are managed from one place with one set of logins and rules. A change made once applies everywhere, and when something goes wrong we see every location from the same screen.
Legacy system migration
We move businesses off systems that are past their best, such as an old phone server, a door system nobody can change or software that no longer gets updates, and keep what still works running until the switch. A Tucker flooring company moved off its FreePBX server onto UniFi Talk over one weekend, with no downtime.
What we can build
A few of the systems we build. If yours isn’t here, tell us what it needs to do.
- Logistics managementShipments, routes and deliveries in one place, with drivers updating them from their phones.
- Inventory systemsStock that counts itself as items are received, sold or used, with a warning before anything runs out.
- Membership-linked door accessDoors that open for members in good standing, and stop opening the day a membership lapses.
- Booking and dispatchJobs booked and sent to the right technician, with the customer told when they’re on the way.
- Customer portalsA place for your customers to see their orders, appointments or invoices without calling.
- DashboardsEvery system’s numbers on one screen.

Common questions
Yes. Tell us what the business needs to do and where your current tools fall short, and we’ll tell you what it takes to build.
Often, yes. We check what each one can share at the start, and tell you if a connection isn’t possible.
Custom software takes weeks or months to build, and it’s priced to match. We can spread the cost over a payment plan, and we quote each project once we know what it needs to do.
We do, under the same support plan as the rest of your system.
Yes. We take jobs of any size, from a single building to a campus or a high-rise. Tell us the scope at the site visit and we’ll explain how we’d plan and staff it.
Yes. Sometimes that answer is correct, and we’ll tell you so. Tell us the outcome you need and we’ll say what it takes, or why it can’t be done.
